I try to login after system update but it's not recognizing my facial or my pin on my HP envy 360

@SFENVY11, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

That’s super frustrating—especially after an update! 😩

Since your HP Envy x360 isn’t recognizing your face or PIN, try restarting the laptop and see if it lets you enter your password instead.

If you don’t remember it, click "I forgot my PIN" and follow the reset steps.

If you’re completely locked out, try logging in with a Microsoft account on another device and resetting your credentials.

I hope these steps help resolve the issue

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.

If my response helped, please mark it as an Accepted Solution!  It helps others and spreads support. 💙 Also, tapping "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" makes a big difference! Thanks! 😊
