Product: HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15-eb0043dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have no setting anywhere that allows me to disable adaptive contrast or brightness. I've even stopped some of the services that may be related to it. Been trying to fix this for days now. I am and Artist and when the screen dims it usefulness is to me is over.
