Bought new HP in november 2016 , after few months screen crack , support says : mechanical issue , user fault , have to pay £250 for repair and transport - HP don't know about any issues with screen . Any advice ? ( obviously besides usual one : pay )
I hope post won't be edited/removed like last one :-) - I've tried to be courteous this time and used HP only twice .
