digitizer for pen (passive) input for HP Chromebook x360 11 G1 EE

Hi, I've purchased a passive HP pen [personal information removed]part n 927528-001 spare no L01339-001 for my HP Chromebook x360 G1 EE s/n [Personal Information Removed]and model no 1TT13EA#ABU. The passive pen is not recognized but I've seen in a video that the same pen was working with the Chromebook x360 G1 EE. In the notebook's product page there is written that a passive pen input with the HP EMR pen is possible if at the time of purchase is activated something called DIGITIZER. I suppose I did not activate the digitzer at the time of purchase, I bought the notebook on Amazon and the pen later on eBay. Is there any possible procedure for me to activate the digitizer so I can use the pen? Many thanks

           I'm afraid there is no compatible active stylus available for this model. However, 

• A passive stylus (also known as a capacitive stylus) functions the same as your finger on the screen. Passive styluses do not require batteries, and they work on any touch screen device.
  While the non-HP branded passive stylus is not supported by HP, most will work with HP touchscreen computers and tablets
