Please help turn off print screen button function. I am constantly bumping this when trying to hit the tiny delete key next to it (poor keyboard design) and accidentally taking screenshots of sensitive material that I then have to delete manually. I do not need it to be able to insert either, just want this button not to work at all if possible. I have tried previous recommendations of trying to change Overtype in Word (checkbox is grayed out so this does not work) and the suggestion to change function keys does not work on this button.

Welcome to HP support community.
Click on the "Start" button, choose the "Control Panel" option and then open the "Accessibility" options.
Click on the "Keyboard" icon to open a window. Find the "FilterKey" option and turn it off.
Let me know if that helps.
If this helps, please mark the public post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.
Cheers.

Hello,
No, this did not help. I had already researched this option and Filter Keys were already off as a default.
Please advise with other solutions. I constantly bump the print key button and am so annoyed with this issue that I am ready to switch to a different computer next time.

I'm afraid that's just not an option, I've done some research and the steps I had suggested appeared to have worked for a few, however, the key cannot be disabled as such, you may find third party software that may assist you with the same, however, HP neither supports nor recommends the same and yet, you may proceed with that at your own discretion.
Cheers.
