Did you install these three drivers? If not you need to.
Chipset installation utility:

Intel graphics:

Hi Paul:
googled sp92845 and this thread was one of the few results available.
I Have a brand new HP Laptop 17-by0xxx. Brightness is not my issue, the SoftPaq itself is/may be.
HP Support Assistant recommended a host of updates. All of which I attempted 1 at a time. This particular one - sp92845 (as well as sp86897 which is coincidentally also from Intel) failed.
Is there a workaround to get the sp to install properly, is it necessary to install, any ideas?
