Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-es0000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My computer had a bluescreen error a couple months ago that ended up corrupting a lot of the software. I was able to fix mostly everything, but I can't change my brightness anymore. It's stuck on the highest brightness setting and does not give me the option to change it. The keyboard buttons do not change it. The slider to change the brightness does not appear. There is not an option to change the brightness in settings either. Ive tried several different things at this point and think i may need to download an additional driver or something. Im not sure what to do
