I have found that when using the laptop screen only, reducing the refresh rate to 40hz helps.  Also using a 2nd monitor (extended the display, so still using laptop monitor), I don't have this issue. 

 

Like I stated in the other thread, I'm pretty confident this is a driver issue.  I've attempted to use various Intel drivers and replicated the behavior.  If you use default Microsoft driver, the screen works, but it's not optimized, so less than ideal experiance.
