entire left hinge busted and ripped out

i've been having this problem for months. it first started in the right hinge, then moved to the left. for a few months now, i haven't been able to close my laptop because the hinge and plastic casing would start ripping up if i tried. i've tried to get it fixed twice now, and both times the hinge would start acting up again after 2 weeks.
