PAVILION
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone!

My laptop is Pavilion with basic Intel graphic card (UHD 620).

i've bought a HP monitor in order to work in multi screen mode (the laptop screen an the external screen - N220 - HP).

i've connected the external screen with HDMI and the external monitor blinks very often.

relevant information and conclusions:

The HDMI cable is new.

I've downloaded the monitor drive and i can see it in the drivers manager.

@PavilionBlaBla Welcome to HP Forums Community!

I suggest you reduce the resolution of your device on both monitor's and check if that works fine, if the display continues to blink, please update the BIOS, Chipset and Display drivers: Click here to find and install the same,

If nothing helps, please connect the monitor to another laptop or computer to check if that works, to ensure this is either an issue with the laptop or the monitor.
