I'm trying to reinstall a driver for my graphics card, but there is no option for my OS version. I'm running Windows 11 24h2. I see other versions listed but not this one. I would just install 23h2, but I want to make sure because the display has been giving me issues. What should I do? Thank you.

Does your notebook only have the onboard Intel UHD graphics adapter?
If so, you can install the latest driver directly from the Intel website:
Intel® 7th-10th Gen Processor Graphics - Windows*
First, create a system restore point so that you can roll back to the current graphics driver you have installed, just in case the updated driver does not work to your expectations.

Go to the device manager.
Click to expand the Display adapters device manager category.
If you just see an Intel UHD graphics adapter listed there, then your notebook only has the onboard Intel graphics and you can install the driver from the Intel website.
According to page 5 of the specs below the model series only comes with the onboard Intel graphics, so you should be OK to run the driver from the Intel website.
