Product: HP USB-C G5 Essential Dock

bought a 3rd monitor to connect to HP G5 dock - has 2 DP/1 hmdi.

3rd monitor not detected by notebook: elitebook 840 g7.

can disconnect laptop monitor and use 3rd monitor, but resolution is 800x600 instead of 1920x1080. so have 2 monitors on full hd, but 3rd monitor displays very small.

any idea how to fix this problem?
