Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13m-bd1000 (460Q3AV)

 I went to close my screen and the right hinge completely popped off so I no longer can close the screen. To make matters worst nobody from HP will help because its 1 month passed the warranty. I didn't even do anything just tried closing the screen. I see now that this is an on going issue with this computer. I wish I knew this before buying. Is there anyway to fix this?
