Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

From past few days green line started appearing at bottom of my screen. It was very thin at beginning but has grown a bit. I checked solution given to similar problem and tried the steps but the line appearing even in BIOS so don't think that's the useful solution for me. 

Much appreciate your help to figure the issue.
