Product: HP Spectre with hp elite usb-c dock
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello I have my spectre 360x hooked up from my usb-c to the dock. Then I have HDMI to HDMI to monitor 1. Display port to HDMI to monitor 2. Nothing is working at all. If I got out from spectre hdmi port to hdmi monitor 1 I can use my laptop screen and monitor 1 as separate monitors. It just seems besides the power light this dock does not work at all.

Please help me : (

i have the HP Spectre x360 convertible.

Dock is Elite USB-C dock.

If this is not compatible do you know which dock is?

There are many generations of HP Spectre x360 convertible machines. I don't know what is the model/product of your machine.  Anyway, please use

 

     HP USB-C/A Universal Dock G2 

 

You can use USB-C or USB-A port
