hp pen control is not compatible with this computer

Hello there, i searched the internet alot in the last days and there is no solution.

I bought these devices:

HP ENVY x360 2-in-1 Laptop 15-fh0777ng (8C4U6EA)

HP rechargeable Tilt Pen MPP 2.0

Out-of-the-Box the HP Pen Control Plus App is installed. I start the app and try to connect my pen and its doesnt work.
I need the normal HP Pen Control App.

I download it from the microsoft store and whenever I start the app, an error appears.

"Sorry, HP Pen Control is not compatible with this computer."

I updated everything form your website and it still doenst work (and  windows updates).

Alot of people are having these problems, so please give a general solution for everybody finding this in the future.

On the hp store page it says it is compatible with this:

HP Envy x360 2-in-1 Laptop 15-fh0777ng (8C4U6EA#ABD) (thats my device)

So, there is no solution for my problem?!

HP is selling the notebook with the pen in a combi package and you cant even use the designated software for the product.

This scam aint funny.

In Conclusion:

HP scammed me, and there is not even an effort to correct their scam.
