i just unpacked my new lovely hp spectra. the pen that came with it has no light at its end as shown in all the videos. i have no idea as to its serial number as i cant seem to locate that and no videos have i located showing me where it would be. please help. thank you

Hi @deborahdeneen,

 

Which one does your pen look like:

3J122AA-ABB_2_500x367.jpg21tvDEFH+9L._AC_UL600_SR600,600_.jpg

The latter does not have a charging indicator, only the former does. Also, make sure to charge the pen using the USB-C charger included with the computer.
