Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

been on the phone for hours, just trying to get my out of warranty screen repaired...help!!!!

That must be hard. Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the out of warranty service options to replace the screen. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

When you contact our support provide them with your computer information such as product number, use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
