Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

after giving my laptop for service in hp service center in my hometown i.e patiala, punjab. my laptop has been working slow and hangs alot . moreover, there are keyboard imprints on my laptop screen and multiple scratches. i am devastated since i had invested so much money on my hp spectre laptop and my whole laptop is ruined. what should i do??
