Does someone come here sometimes to answer the questions or give advice?  It looks the most dead "community" of all...

Welcome to the HP Community.

 

Not dead.

We are overrun with people asking questions every month.

There are very few Experts and Agents who regularly answer pleas for help.

 

In other words,

There are thousands of "you" and very few of "us".

 

The other reason you might not see a response:

No one who reads the question knows the answer or has a reasonable guess on what to do.

 

I did answer - as I can - one of your two previous inquires.

The Community is a separate wing of the HP website - We are not an HP business group.

Our Community is comprised of volunteers - people who own and use HP devices.
