Hi, does anyone know how to resolve this.

whenever i start my laptop an image will popup  saying DXE UPDATE , COPYING DXE TO HP SECURITY then after a few minutes  it will proceed to windows start page but my keyboard and touchpad are not working. 

 

I've also run some detection tool
