HP 14-dk1000 Laptop PC (8VZ00AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

laptop specimen: HP laptop Model 14-dk1013dx. I had used laptop and closed it without shutting down. After sometime, when I tried to reopen it the screen was black and white and ultimately it is white now. I can't open it and use it now.

I see that you are facing issues with your system. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.

 

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?

What happens when you press and hold the power button for 30 seconds?
