laptop shutdown

i have laptope spectre, i am facing a problem when I press any keypad button the laptop shut down.  I need your help.

Hi, @qamar2 it is most likely a hardware problem possibly something to do with the motherboard.

See if you can take it to a technician to have a look at it.

thanks for your suggestion. It happened to me 6 months before but was automatically resolved now it's happened again. I don't know why it's happened again.
