the laptop just ungless the case from the screen, isn't this a poorly done job? the laptop is 1.5 years old, for which I paid 50 thousand rubles?

Welcome to the HP support community.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

Yes, I applied, I was asked to pay another 10 thousand rubles, but how is this? I don't even go around with a laptop for two years, why? why did I get such a laptop? I love hp, but it's the second time the case breaks, it's terrible* I'm crying

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
