Product: Mpp 2.0 pen
Pen worked with laptop fine, went to recharge nothing, been through all troubleshooting, read up on everything and it seems to be quite a common complaint and very disappointing one. I need to use the pen, which is why I got the laptop as it came together. Do I need to get it replaced? Please help very disappointed

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
