mouse and touch pad, causing screen to go black or flicker

When I try to use my bluetooth mouse or my touch pad, the screen goes black and/flickers. i have to use my finger on the screen to use my laptop. please help

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

Does it happen only when the Bluetooth mouse is connected?

What happens when Bluetooth is disconnected? Does it still flicker and the display goes black?

Have you made any changes to your OS?
