Hi @Sus143,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

It sounds like you're having trouble with your HP Spectre x360's stylus pen not charging properly. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

Check the Charging Connection: Make sure the pen is properly connected to the charger. Sometimes a loose connection can prevent it from charging.

Inspect the Charging Port: Look for any debris or damage in the charging port of the pen. Cleaning it gently with a soft cloth may help.

Charge with Different Sources: Try charging the pen using a different USB port or a different charger, if possible. This can help determine if the original charger is faulty.

Leave it Charging: If the pen is completely drained, it might take a little longer to begin charging. Leave it plugged in for at least 15-30 minutes and check again.

Restart Your Laptop: Sometimes a simple restart can help resolve connectivity issues between the pen and the laptop.

Reset the Pen: If your pen has a reset button, try resetting it to see if that resolves the issue.

Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a great day ahead!
