HP ENVY - 13-ah1025cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased my laptop HP ENVY - 13-ah1025cl four months ago. Now the screen popped out at the lower left corner near the hinge and a screw fell out. It's now impossible to close the laptop. I tried to get it repaired and went on HP website to check the warranty status. To my surprise it shows my laptop was purchased in 2018 and warranty expired in 2019. I submitted warranty dispute on HP website with proof of purchase a few times but never got any reply from HP. Did anybody have similar experience? Is there any other way to contact them? What shall I do here? Thanks!

Hi @DJ_Wang

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!
