my touchpad moves erracticaly

i have bought my laptop 6 months back a brand new gaming laptop omen 17.this product was purchased in canada.but right know i am residing  in India. i have an touch pad issue for last four months

when i using my touch pad i get stucked rancdomly i dont know why is it happenning.when i supposed to on and off my touch pad functional key it getting normal.I  dont thonk so it was an hardware issue.if the touchpad works its the rocking laptop

and the charger they give is 330w charger. i dont the reason is power fluctat
