Hi Guys! 

Please help me to figure out what is wrong with my brand new laptop. 

I purchased it via customization and selected real good specifications (17.3 inch diagonal, 1TB memory, 32GB RAM, blue light screen, Intel core 12 Gen i7, NVIDIA) , however its been two months and i still cannot get rid of diagonal lines that appear whenever I scroll any page online or read a pdf file. Please note I dont play on this laptop and use it purely for docs and and excel files. so no heavy graphics or nothing that could have already fulfilled its memory. 

my laptop is 

HP ENVY Laptop 17t-cr0000

I thought it will disappear or maybe I've been critical, but even after updates the problem is till there, now Im thinking that it is a technical malfunction that is been there during manufacturing process. 

please advise what to do ? Im thinking to return it as it really annoying to see this line on supposedly fast PC by specs.
