noisy laptop keyboard

I just got this computer yesterday, spent the afternoon in the study room at the library, and was asked to leave on account of the noise issues coming from this keyboard.  It sounds as though the keys are not properly mounted and that they are going to fall out at any moment.  In fact, a couple of the keys are not even in alignment.  Do I have to return this to get a new computer that was properly assembled?  I am really disappointed in the seemingly cheap quality of this laptop.   Here is the product number
