Cannot rule out hardware issue.

Is this issue present in BIOS/UEFI? Enter BIOS by tapping f10 as soon as you power on laptop.

Do a hard reset.

Check if issue is resolved.

Reload BIOS to default.

Now?

Else,
Update BIOS by downloading from your support page.

Lastly please do factory reset of OS by tapping f11 soon after you power on laptop. Back up all data before doing factory reset
