Hello,

 

I purchased my laptop back in October.  Once I received it, I noticed my HP rechargeable MPP 2.0 tilt pen that came with the laptop was not charging or working. Therefore, I instantly requested a new pen from HP support and they obliged. Now, once again, the pen has stopped charging and does not work. I am still under warranty for my laptop however HP support is stating that I cannot get a replacement and have to send my laptop along with the stylus for repairs. I use my laptop everyday so this isn't an option for me and I was able to get a replacement previously.

 

I thought under warranty I am eligible for a replacement if something breaks, is this not the case?
