Hi, it’s been about two months since I bought an hp spectre x360 model 13-aw0025nl from the online shop. I’m very disappointed by its quality, especially of its display, which was supposed to be a resistant gorilla glass scratchproof. I want to show you how the use of the pen supplied has completely ruined the screen and I’d like to know if you could help me in this, I have purchase guarantee for the next seven months.

I think there’s a problem with the pen or the screen itself also because sometimes, when i use it as a tablet, it makes a scratch sound. I’d like to also underline the fact that I’ve only used the original “tilt pen” that came with the laptop and, as you can see, the scratches are on the right side, where I’ve mainly used the pen for writing.  I've used this laptop very carefully, i've been very alert and observant not to ruin it in any possible way, but the more I use the pen the more it gets worse. I've seen another post like this from someone who has the same model, we have the exact same issue!!

3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
