Iam also having the same issue with my hp cs1000tx which I've purchased 2months ago

Also help me to resolve my issue (the close tabs is coming before start and occupies the 0.5cm vertical space and shifts the screen to right and screen starts flickering after an hour usage )

Also help me to resolve my issue (the close tabs is coming before start and occupies the 0.5cm vertical space and shifts the screen to right and screen starts flickering after an hour usage as cited in picture 1 and 2) and I also tried to update and install the graphic driver which was available in the hp support assistant in my laptop but couldn't install it and it showed a dialogue box as shown above pic(3)

I've also tried to find issue by running the sfs in command prompt as suggested by the previous solutions which were available in the forum but couldn't the system file checker also failed to fix the issue it found the corrupted files but couldn't fix them and the DISM TOOL also couldn't fix it it showed a dialogue box that the system is not in required state to complete the requested update

I've tried all i could do by your solutions to which are available in the same cases by others but couldn't fix the issue

I need the right update for my graphic driver which is suitable to my OS version

It is upto the hp team to keep the trust with customer and i request you to make a reply to me and solve my issue.... please

@Gowthamgogu
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

This sounds like display related issue with the computer.

I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Note: You can try connecting the computer to an external monitor or TV, If it works fine then it means internal display issue and computer needs to be serviced.

Please feel free to contact us here anytime you need any further assistance. Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
