screen suddenly disappears on hp pavilion

While working on a webpage (after doing a google search), the screen suddenly disappears. I cannot go back and retrieve it but must start the entire search over.

I understand that you are having an issue with the screen going blank, and wanted to assist you!

 

To start, can you provide me with the Product Number of the notebook?  

Here is a link you can use that will help you find your Model and Product Number:

In the meantime, it sounds like you may be having issues with the display drivers.  Try reviewing the following document, and let me know how it goes:
