Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A few days ago I bought a laptop from you. As soon as I started using it, stripes began to appear on the screen. Where can I get technical support

Let's first check if it's a Hardware issue or drivers related issue

 

Please check in BIOS and let me know if you see those lines

 

Shut down the Notebook and upon restarting keep tapping on F10 till you see System Configuration Menu ( BIOS )
