Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi,

when i am writing in onenote (which is everyday as i use onenote to teach high school math) its as though the screen is missing strokes.

i have done allthe available updates using hp assistant.

another new glitch is strokes just appear without me writing.

the screen also battles with battles with palm rejection.

 

please help

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's perform a touchscreen test:

 

Ensure that the computer is powered OFF completely. 

The moment you power ON the computer, keep tapping the "F2" button on the keyboard till you get the System Diagnostics(or HP PC Hardware Diagnostics)
Select the Components Test --> Touchscreen test

Perform both Pointer test and Drag-and-drop test.

 

Please send us a picture of the test result page.

Hi, I performed the tests you suggested.  The results were all clear, IE no issues noted.  Do the stylus' wear out?  IE do I need to replace the tips or the entire pen?  I use mine daily as I teach math, and write all my lessons on OneNote using my HP.

I have a zbook 360 and also have the same problem.

Is there a solution for this problem? Is it a HW or SW problem.?
