Bright spot, or white spot -- these are not the same thing.

 

Most likely this is a sign of screen failure, specifically, one or more pixels dying, and that can only be fixed by replacing the screen -- which is not something you can attempt yourself.

 

We are not able, or permitted, to provide any repair estimates or equipment prices.

For this information, you would need to contact an HP Repair or Service Center.
