Hello everyone, hope you all are well.
So, after shutting down my PC one time, yesterday, randomly, I got the "there is an issue with trusted platform module (tpm)", and it randomly asked for the recovery key. [Just so you know, I never turned on BitLocker, I didn't even know it existed, so I'm kinda confused why and how this is on my PC, and I clicked windows+r and typed a command that lets you check BitLocker, and it said it wasn't even on the PC or something like that (super confused right now).
Whatever, moving on, I chose the option "N" (not a German keyboard) and then I had to reset my PIN.
I was able to turn on the PC, however, it keeps asking for the key everytime I turn it on, so, this time, I chose the option "Y" to clear the TPM, just like some people here suggested, and I clicked F1 right after, even though it wasn't asked (I don't know if this was a mistake or not).
So, after doing this, the PC restarted, however, it's been around 40 minutes and it's still in the initial black loading screen, it's not restarting, and I don't know what to do. I guess my only option is gonna be to force a shutdown, but I'm scared the PC won't work. I'm probably gonna take the PC to the store I bought it, they will probably send it to HP, at least that's what this store usually does, just like they did with my mouse. (I'm from Portugal, if anyone is wondering) [the PC has a valid warranty until 2027]
I am probably not buying HP products again.
Another problem I've had, is the one where a lot of the times I move or pick up my laptop when it's on, it either shuts down, or screen goes black for a few seconds. (This is really annoying). I've even had a really weird static screen with vivid colors, and the PC made a really LOUD noise, like it was gonna break (like a static noise) [had to force shutdown].
I hope anyone can help me here.
