touch screen doesn't work

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, when I ordered this laptop, it stated "touch screen optional". When I got the order, touch screen doen't work and is settings it says  "No pen or touch input is available for this display". Every option in the guide isn't available.
