touch screen is not working

Product Name: Pavillion TS 14 n055
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently i have installed windows 10 in my HP pavillion Ts 14 notebook.

I did a clean instllation. After that i used the touch screen. but suddenly it sopped working.

The reset button in tablet pc option in controll panel has also grayed out.

Even in Hp Hardware Diagnostic  there is no touch screen option to run the test.

what should i do to solve this touch screen problem

please help

I understand that the touchscreen of your laptop stopped working. In order to better assist you, please provide the product number of your laptop: HP Notebook PCs - How Do I Find My Model Number, Serial Number or Product Number?
