HP Specter x360 Convertible 13-ap0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

well , i just bought the hp specter laptop 7 days ago . its the best loving every moment with the device .

Until i tried using it while its charging , Suddenly the touch-pad starts acting Weird and jettering , touch screen becomes very inaccurate and all over the place .

The Problem Completely Vanishes when :

1. i unplug the Laptop from the charging cable

2. when i lift the laptop from the desk or use it in my lap suddenly everything is ok but when i put it back on the desk the problem comes back (Weird Huh....!!!!!! )

3. When i touch any metallic part while its charging the issue is Fixed !!!!!!

PS : im using the original Charger and cable that came with the the laptop

to sum up : touchscreen and touch pad becomes faulty when i use the laptop while charging

Product Number : 5GX80EA#A2N
