Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my touch pad stop working. I can only use mouse or touch screen

I have checked device manager and i dont have the touchpad there. ANy solutions?

Please download and install the following software:

 

   https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp92501-93000/sp92722.exe
