Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

my touch screen is not working correctly. it keeps highlighting items when I have not done any selection. Also, it keeps doing multiple selection. when I touch at any place in my screen it gets auto touch in multiple places vertically. But this happen also with trackpad while moving trackpad it gets jitter and responds inacurately
