Dear HP forum users,
Ever since I upgraded to windows 10, my touchscreen has stopped working correctly, I have done all the updates of drivers and so on and it has still not fixed the issue. I have done troubleshooting and the only message I get is "no pen or touch input for this display" I have even reformated my pc . that did not help. I have tried many online advice forms advice and I have now come to a dead end.
Could somebody please be so kind and help me fix my issue.

Please try few simple steps first:
1. Go to Device manager (Right click Start then select Device Manager.)
2. Expand Human Interface Device
3. Right click HID Compliant Touchscreen
4. Select Disable,
Repeat 1, 2, 3 and for 4 select Enable.
