tuchpad problem

i have 2 problems

1 when i start the computer the touchpad do not work.

but i find that if i close the lid and reopen it , the touchpad work o.k.

if i restart the computer ,it work o.k. but

if i shut it, and then start it ,the problem come back.

2 the led in the caps lock key is not o.k.

when i push the key ,the led blink for second and go off. the caps lock is work o.k. but not light from the led

the computer have HP warranty .the technician replace the MB ,touchpad and the keyboard but the 2 problems are here

can someone give good advice??
