Help!  I've tried everything I can find on the web to solve this problem including a complete factory reset.  My touchpad/clickpad seems to work except that I cannot get two finger scroll to work. Others have posted about this problem.  Does anyone have a solution?  I've spent 10+ hours trying to solve this.

Additional info:

In device manager I only have PS/2 compatible mouse.

On another identical laptop there are 3 devices: HID-compliant mouse / PS/2 Compatible mouse/ Synaptics HID clickpad

Also, on my laptop in settings, I only have touchpad sensitivity as an option.  On the other laptop there are many additional options including "Drag two fingers to scroll"

Thanks!

Can anyone at least suggest if this is a hardware or software issue?  Thanks.
