I have a Pavilion running Windows 10, using Chrome. The last 2 weeks, when I go to youtube, videos won't play; on zillow & land.com, the page goes to an error screen when I adjust the map search; and when I try to do training courses that advance through slides, it just shows a blank frame where the slides should be. These sites all work correctly on my other devices. I am at a loss as to what setting has stopped the play function. Help!

Try clearing your Chrome cache and cookies, updating Chrome to the latest version, or disabling any extensions that could be interfering with website functionality

But in this case, it is likely a driver failure.

That's why I asked the laptop model.
