Have laptop model14-dk0002dx. When I am viewing video a blue circle appears and the video stops. It is not spinning, but a blue circle that is still. It shows up in every video that I have been viewing, lately.

I understand that the video freezes up with a blue circle.
Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.
Please let us know have you checked the downloaded video played and checked.
Have you tried different browsers and check?
Try updating the computer, this will install the latest updates -
Step 1 Windows Updates -
1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
Step 2 Install updates using HP Support Assistant
